  • High Definition Video via Cisco WebEx Meeting Centre to mobile devices including Cisco CIUS and Apple iPad.

  • Allcom partners with both Polycom and Tandberg to provide video conferencing solutions ranging from point to point deployments to multi node, multi-site projects. With IT departments and companies continually looking to spend diminishing budgets more wisely, ROI for a video conferencing system can be attained over a very short period of time, reducing the need for company travel, whilst also reducing a company’s carbon footprint.

Contact Centre

Allcom’s Contact Centre offering is based upon Cisco’s Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX). UCCX provides sophisticated call routing and contact management solution ideal for small, midmarket, enterprise branch, or corporate department deployments with up to 400 agents.
The solution offers interactive voice response capabilities, in-queue-messaging, enterprise data displays, historical reporting, presence integration, workforce optimisation (Workforce &Quality Management) and blended Agent Email features.

Enhanced flexibility through enterprise mobility increases employee productivity and controls mobile costs by managing mobile devices becoming a part of the secure enterprise managed platform. This includes WebEx on mobile devices (like Android, Apple iPad, and Cisco CIUS) as well as turning your smartphone into an IP Phone through Cisco Mobile.

Unified Messaging

Allcom’s messaging offerings include voice-mail, single inbox unified messaging, IM (instant messaging) and FoIP (Fax over IP). FoIP is offered through digital/analogue voice GWs as well as via fax server integration. Products include Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Connection Express, Cisco Unified Presence and MESSAGEManager. Integration with LCS/OCS/LYNC and IBM Lotus Sametime offers RCC (Remote Call Control), IM and the ability to share availability information in real-time with co-workers, clients and suppliers.

Integrated Fax

Integrated fax solution from Allcom allows you to send and receive faxes using your email client software such as Microsoft Outlook, allowing faxes to be stored alongside your emails. Integrated fax solution increases user efficiency by allowing documents to be sent directly from the everyday business software that they use. You can therefore send and receive faxes from email clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes out-of-the-box, or integrate with ERP, CRM and other applications. With more and more companies extending their IP infrastructure to include voice, adoption of Fax over Internet Protocol (FoIP) is growing rapidly.

By bringing traditional phone applications into the data network, data and communication resources can be consolidated by using the internet and company networks for cost-effective voice and fax communications. By integrating business class fax software with your IP phone system you can save the cost of installing separate phone lines for use by the fax server.

Digital Signage

Cisco Digital Signs (LCD/LED/plasma displays or projectors) convey entertainment, advertising or informational messages in public (EG retail stores) and private (corporate) environments. Cisco Digital Signs (a network-based digital signage application) provide enhanced customer experience, more effective company wide communication and efficient cost effective advertising/training opportunities. It can also improve information sharing in a business to have up-to-date schedules, news, and emergency messaging provide in real-time direct to the intended audience.
